Delivery Promise
Our aim is to deliver your kit within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) of validating payment. However, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods at Christmas and during the sales where the postal service can be slow.

If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why. If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen kit we will let you know the likely delivery date. Please allow additional time (up to 28 working days) for the delivery of special order items.

How much does delivery cost?
We deliver free throughout the UK and Europe.

How is my kit delivered?
We use Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Recorded for all orders.

Payment Methods
All our payment methods are via trusted Payment Service Processors: Worldpay and PayPal. Worldpay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, allows us to accept Delta, Visa, JCB, Switch, Mastercard, Solo and Electron. We are able to accept American Express via PayPal.

Can I order online securely?
We are fully committed to providing full security both through our online ordering service. We use trusted payment processors to process credit card transactions, we do not have access to your credit card details at any time.
