Payment
We accept all major credit cards, with credit card processing handled by our secure WorldPay or PayPal interface. TuneBoy Europe is a trading name of Malcernie Ltd, therefore your credit card statement will read WP-MALCERNIE LTD or PAYPAL *MALCERNIE.

Alternatively, you can pay by cheque in GBP(£) made payable to Malcernie Ltd. Goods will only be dispatched when payment has cleared.

Delivery
All TuneBoy kits and connectors are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class post, the cost of which is included in your order. At our discretion, we may send the goods such that they require a signature on delivery. The additional postage costs will be met by us, however we cannot cover the consequential costs associated with accepting deliveries.

All License unlock codes will be sent via email to the email address provided by you at the time of your order.

Please note for credit card purchases that all orders can only be shipped to the registered address of the card. Any orders not matching the card billing address will not be accepted.

Returns Policy
If you receive incorrectly dispatched or faulty goods, please contact sales@tuneboy.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a return of the goods.

If the goods you receive are not acceptable for any other reason, then please return them to the address on your receipt. Goods must be returned unused in the original packaging, in perfect condition, within 7 days for a refund.

Once an unlock code has been sent to your email address for the ECU (Engine Control Unit) serial number you supply, you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods and no refunds can be provided.

Your name, address, sales reference and reason for the return must accompany all returns. You are responsible for the correct postage & insurance for any items returned that were not incorrectly dispatched or are faulty.

Limitation of Liability
The TuneBoy product is a powerful tool, that enables the user to change nearly all aspects of the program encoded into the motorcycle's ECU (Engine Control Unit). We cannot be held responsible for any direct or consequential damage to the ECU, the motorcycle or any third party as a result of making any changes to the ECU programming. We also cannot be held responsible for any direct or consequential losses due to the installation and use of the software.

Transfer of Goods
The TuneBoy product is tied to the serial number of the ECU(s) that it reprograms, based upon the licenses purchased. The TuneBoy kits include a single license to reprogram a single ECU. The license and unlock code associated with the ECU serial is non-transferable and each additional unlock code requires the purchase of the respective license.

Manufacturer's Warranty
The TuneBoy product reprograms the ECU of the motorcycle. Any use of the TuneBoy product may invalidate your motorcycle's warranty.

Software Warranty
The TuneBoy product consists of a number of software programs, designed to work with Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The software is provided as-is, without warranty or any express recommendation and is installed and used at your own risk. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the suitability of the product for its application, we cannot be held responsible for any direct or consequential losses or problems.

Computer Compatibility
The TuneBoy product is tested with leading computer hardware and uses a standard USB connection, however we cannot gaurantee that the TuneBoy product is compatible with all computers and laptops.
